ORDER GRANTING THE PARTIES' JOINT STIPULATION TO RESOLVE ATTORNEY FEES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES & REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF AMENDED JUDGEMENT

The court has considered the Parties' Joint Stipulation to Resolve Attorney Fees, Costs, and Expenses and Request for Entry of Judgment and hereby enters the Parties' [Proposed] JUDGMENT in favor of Plaintiffs in the amount of $211, 073.99 against Defendant FCA U.S. LLC, comprised of $146, 073.99 as set out in the Fed.R.Civ.P. 68 Offer of Judgment and $65, 000.00 for attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses, payable to Plaintiffs' counsel within 60 days of the entry of judgment.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
