ORDER FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL AND TO RETAIN JURISDICTION TO ENFORCE SETTLEMENT

HON. GEORGE H. WU, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

In accordance with the above stipulation, and for good cause appearing therefore, it is hereby ordered that the above action shall be dismissed with prejudice as to all Defendants in its entirety, with each Party to bear their own attorneys' fees and costs. However the Court shall in this case retain jurisdiction over the Parties to enforce the terms and conditions of the Parties' Settlement Agreement.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
