MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
The District Judge assigned to this case, Judge Loretta A. Preska, has referred this case to me for general pretrial supervision. This means that I will make decisions about the discovery phase of the litigation, but not about motions to dismiss such as motions pursuant to Rule 12(b) or Rule 56.
As soon as the petitioners know which attorney will be appearing for the respondent, the petitioners' counsel and respondent's counsel must call my courtroom deputy, Helen Lewis, at (212) 805-6183 to schedule a case management conference.
