JUDGMENT
Defendants Mal-Wal, Construction, Inc. and Mal-Wal, Inc. having failed to plead or otherwise enter an appearance in this action, and their defaults having been entered, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that judgment is entered in favor or Plaintiffs in the amount of $14,951.88 in unpaid contributions, plus liquidated damages in the amount of $1,495.19, with interest at the rate of 7% per annum from November 15, 2001, and against Defendants. It is further ordered that Plaintiffs recover their costs and attorneys' fees accrued in bringing this suit in the amount of $5,563.00.
