DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 7, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to appellant seeking relief from the final judgment in the Civil Court, as this court will not consider the claims presented by appellant since they were not first presented to the Civil Court.
