MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING.

This matter is pending before the court upon the filing of a motion to show cause by relator, Trumbull County Bar Association Certified Grievance Committee. On September 24, 2015, this court granted the motion to the extent that respondent was ordered to file a response why he should not be held in contempt. Respondent did not file a response, and this cause was considered by the court.

Upon consideration thereof, it is ordered by this court that respondent, David Keith Roland, is found in contempt of this court. It is further ordered by the court that respondent shall produce his responses to relator's discovery requests and shall comply with the orders issued by the Board of Professional Conduct.
