This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 23, 2022, for cases in which Buffalo, New York, is the place of trial.

On March 30, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance indicating therein that petitioners have no objection to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance filed March 30, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's May 23, 2022, Buffalo, New York, trial session and is continued generally.
