An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 27, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And respondents-respondents having moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal upon the grounds that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed. The Clerk is directed to strike the appeal from this Court's calendar.
