ORDER
Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The "motion for leave to file amended amici curiae brief is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the necessity of adding Michigan Townships Association to the brief as an additional amicus curiae. The substance of the position of the Michigan Townships Association is the same as that of amicus curiae Michigan Municipal League, and it is the substance of the previously-filed amicus curiae brief that the Court will review in reaching a decision on appeal. The amended brief received with the motion is not accepted for filing.
