On June 21, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. On June 22, 2022, filed a reference list of redacted information related to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. On June 28, 2022, respondent filed a motion to seal, requesting that the just-described reference list be sealed as it contains identifying information with respect to the target taxpayer in this case. Pursuant to Rule 345(b), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, the Court will grant respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to seal, filed June 28, 2022, is granted and the reference list of redacted information related to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed June 22, 2022, is sealed from public view. It is further

ORDERED that the reference list of redacted information related to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed June 22, 2022, shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
