On January 25, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, upon review thereof, the Court notes that petitioner's signature on that document appears to have been made using cursive font. Documents bearing such stylized signatures are not accepted by the Court. Information regarding proper imaged or digitized signature formats is available on the Court's website under the "Case Management" section of the "Frequently Asked Questions About DAWSON" available at www.ustaxcourt.gov/dawson_faqs.html.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 27, 2023, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
