Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the defendant filed a counterclaim for malicious prosecution; the matter was tried to the jury before Flanagan, J.; verdict and judgment for the defendant on the complaint, and for the plaintiff on the counterclaim, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.

Edward N. Lerner filed a brief for the appellant (plaintiff).

Harold C. Donegan filed a brief for the appellee (defendant).


A careful examination of the record and briefs filed in this appeal, coupled with our analysis of the claim of error raised by the plaintiff, leads to the conclusion that the plaintiff was not deprived of a fair trial.
