Supreme Court of Florida
Feb 11, 2004
869 So. 2d 541 (Fla. 2004)

Opinion

Case No. SC01-2511.

February 11, 2004.

Lower Tribunal No. 1D00-3286.

Upon review of petitioner's response to this Court's order to show cause dated December 19, 2003, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Hall v. State, 823 So.2d 757 (Fla. 2002). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).

ANSTEAD, C.J., and WELLS, PARIENTE, CANTERO, and BELL, JJ., concur.
