Upon due consideration of the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed July 29, 2021, by respondent in the above-docketed case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 30, 2021, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioners at 2508 Outlaw Court, Midland, TX 79705, and shall attach to that copy a copy of the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction filed July 29, 2021.
