BEFORE: PARRO, McDONALD, AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The ruling of the lower court denying the peremptory exception of prescription filed by Lesley Lowman is reversed. Pursuant to La. C.C.P. art. 927, on our own motion judgment is entered in favor of Lesley Lowman on the basis of res judicata and plaintiff's claims against her are dismissed with prejudice. See Johnson v. University Medical Center in Lafayette, 2013-0040 (La. 3/15/13), 109 So.3d 347.
