Order denying defendants' motion for summary judgment in an action to recover damages, based upon alleged fraud and conspiracy, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lewis, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
