Upon consideration of appellant's response to the Court's order of August 29, 2012, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal failed to timely invoke the Court's jurisdiction. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Appellee's Motion to Dismiss, filed on September 14, 2012, is denied as moot. CLARK, MARSTILLER, and MAKAR, JJ., CONCUR.
