This action is one of three consolidated suits involving alleged damages to real property situated on Cross Lake. Decided this day is the case of Hamilton v. City of Shreveport, No. 10,196 on the docket of this court 168 So.2d 380. The factual and legal issues herein involved are identical with those determined in the above mentioned case. Accordingly, the demands of plaintiff are rejected at her cost.

On Rehearing

The rehearing heretofore granted is governed by our opinion this day rendered in the consolidated case of Hamilton v. City of Shreveport, No. 10,196 on the docket of this Court reported in 168 So.2d 386. For the reasons therein stated our original decree is reinstated and made the judgment of this Court.
