DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by John F. McHugh, P.C., to withdraw as counsel for appellant and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw as counsel for appellant is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until January 29, 2024 and a copy of this decision and order shall be mailed to appellant by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to appellant to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321 (c), and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied, without costs, as unnecessary.
