MATTER OF WILLIAM J. TOWNSEND, III, PETITIONER-RESPONDENT, v. RASHIDA MIMS, RESPONDENT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 13, 2017, and the Attorney for the Children having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Stuart J. LaRose, Esq., dated August 6, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the Attorney for the Children submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 19, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
