Motion staying the Town of Somers from proceeding with the sale of the property which was the subject of the motion to vacate made to the County Court granted to and including March 10, 1957 to enable appellant to apply to the Supreme Court of the United States or to a Justice thereof for a stay in connection with an application for a review of the determination of this court made on January 10, 1957 whether by appeal, writ of certiorari or writ of mandamus.
