The applicant, Ja'Quan Gipson, seeks review of the city court's email directive that Gipson's "Motion to Recuse" would be decided on the briefs instead of through a hearing. Exercise of this Court's supervisory jurisdiction is not warranted. Herlitz Const. Co. v. Hotel Investors of New Iberia, 396 So.2d 878 (La. 1981). On the showing made, this writ is denied.
