ORDER

Pending before the court are appellant's motion for leave to file a motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief and motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief which were filed in this court on June 24, 2013. The motions were mailed to this court on June 20, 2013. On June 21, 2013, this court issued an order regarding the deadline to file appellant's brief. Accordingly, appellant's motions are MOOT. In accordance with this court's June 21, 2013 order, appellant's brief must be filed no later than July 22, 2013. As stated in the prior order, " THIS COURT WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME TO FILE THE BRIEF."
