ORDER

On December 22, 2021, the Court held a conference to discuss the proper vehicle for resolving the parties dispute over the settlement agreement previously entered in this action. For the reasons articulated on the record during that conference, to allow the Court to resolve that dispute, the parties are ordered to submit briefing that is prepared in accordance with Federal Rule of Procedure 56, as well the Local Rules for the Southern District of New York and the Court's Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Cases that pertain to Rule 56 motions.
Any discovery necessary for that motion must be completed no later than January 28, 2022. The parties must respond to any interrogatories or requests for production within 14 days after service of those materials. Plaintiffs' motion is due no later than February 14, 2022. Defendants' opposition is due no later than two weeks after service of that motion. Plaintiffs reply, if any, is due no later than one week after service of that opposition.
