An imperfect petition commencing this case was filed on February 19, 2021. On June 21, 2021, petitioner filed a First Amended Petition. Petitioner seeks review of the notice of deficiency dated January 4, 2021, issued to petitioner for tax year 2018. On August 27, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a complete copy of the January 4, 2021, deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2018 upon which this case is based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 22, 2021, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the January 4, 2021, deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2018 upon which this case is based.
