This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 2, 2023, at the Whittaker U.S. Courthouse, Room 1010, in Kansas City, Missouri 64106.
On July 24, 2023, the Court received return service mail containing a copy of the Notice of Trial and the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Case, that had been mailed to petitioner. The Court then received from respondent an updated address. On August 8, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision.
To update the Court's record, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's address of record in this case be updated to reflect the address provided to the Court by respondent's counsel. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall serve on petitioner a copy of this Order and the Stipulated Decision, once entered.
