DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to file brief of respondent in case No. 526923.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the time to file the brief of respondent is extended to December 19, 2018. The time to file and serve the reply brief in case No. 526474 and the reply brief in case No. 526923 is extended to January 18, 2019. It is noted that no further extensions of time to file the brief of respondent will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
