Defendant's pending motion for summary judgment is granted except as to plaintiff's federal and state law claims of wrongful termination on the basis of age and gender and plaintiff's state law claim of wrongful termination on the basis of disability. A memorandum setting forth the reasons for these determinations will follow in due course. Trial of the remaining claims will commence, as previously scheduled, on March 7, 2005, at 9 a.m.
