ORDER

Richard Hightower, Judge.

Appellants are appealing from a judgment signed on May 10, 2023. The clerk's record contains a statement of inability to afford payment of court costs was filed by appellants on June 28, 2023 in the County Court. The clerk's record contains no contest or order from the trial court concerning this statement of inability. Therefore, appellants are not required to pay costs on appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1(a)(1).

The court reporter has filed a notice that appellant's have not made payment arrangements for the filing of the reporter's record. Because appellants may proceed without payment of costs, the court reporter is ordered to prepare and file the reporter's record at no cost to appellants within 30 days of the date of this order.

It is so ORDERED.
