ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On December 8, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. However, upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the attorney who has signed the document on behalf of respondent, Peter T. McCary, has not entered an appearance in this case. In addition, the Court notes that the record does not contain a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 7, 2022, Peter T. McCary shall file an entry of appearance for respondent in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 7, 2022, respondent shall file a report and shall attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based. It is further

ORDERED that action on the parties' proposed stipulated decision will be held in abeyance until after January 7, 2022.
