ORDER

On September 20, 2022, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. Upon review of that application, petitioner has not demonstrated current financial inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the due date for petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee is extended to October 21, 2022. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case for lack of jurisdiction.
