Action to quiet title to certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain, at New Britain, where the court, O'Connor, J., appointed a committee to establish the bounds of the real estate; thereafter, the court, Berger, J., rendered judgment accepting the committee's report, and the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Affirmed.
