ORDER

The City of San Antonio has filed a motion to intervene in this matter for the purposes of arguing the judgment below is void because the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction because the parties failed to join the City in a suit in the validity of a City ordinance was at issue. We ORDER appellant and appellee to file a response to the City's motion in this court on or before August 15, 2013. The responses should specifically explain why the City should not be permitted to intervene and why the trial court has jurisdiction in the absence of the City's joinder.
