In Mandamus. This cause came on for further consideration of relator's July 27, 2005, motion for an order holding respondents in contempt, for sanctions, for the appointment of a receiver, and for other ancillary relief. Upon review thereof,
IT IS ORDERED that respondents and their counsel shall show cause by 5:00 p.m., August 1, 2005, why they should not be held in contempt for failure to comply with the peremptory writ and order issued by this court on July 13, 2005.
