Action to recover moneys alleged to be due under an agreement between the parties whereby defendant agreed to pay plaintiff a specified sum weekly "for the balance of her life." Order granting defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to subdivision 8 of rule 107 of the Rules of Civil Practice, and the judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
