ORDER
After this court granted two prior extensions, appellant's brief was due August 30, 2017. On August 31, 2017, appellant filed a third motion for extension of time, asking for an additional ten days in which to file the brief. After review, we GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER appellant to file his brief on or before September 11, 2017 - the tenth day is September 9, 2017, which is a Saturday.
