Supreme court — Error proceedings from Public Utilities Commission — Application for rehearing prerequisite.

ERROR to the Public Utilities Commission.

Mr. C. C. Crabbe, attorney general, and Mr. John W. Bricker, for defendant in error.


It is ordered and adjudged that said petition in error be, and the same hereby is, dismissed for the reason no application for rehearing was filed before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.

Petition in error dismissed.
