ORDER ON AMENDED CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER
The parties have been actively engaged in settlement negotiations and ongoing discovery, including attempts to schedule fact witness d epositions in multiple states. Upon reviewing th e parties' joint motion for an extension of the Case Management Order's deadlines, the Court is of the opinion that good cause exists for allowing such a request.
It is therefore ORDERED that the following discovery, motion and trial deadlines amend only the corresponding dates reflected in the Case Management Order:
