The Court issued an Opinion in this case denying petitioner's motion for summary judgment. Tice v. Commissioner, No. 24983-15, 160 T.C. (Apr. 10, 2023). On March 14, 2024, the parties filed a joint Status Report advising that the they are reviewing remaining discovery requests and will file a proposed pretrial scheduling order.
