ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 11, 2012, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 21, 2011, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "December 21, 1011," and substituting therefor the date "December 21, 2011."
