James Roger Thompson instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Decided October 10, 1962.


For the reasons stated in the opinion of Judge Loveless of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, application is denied.
