Thompson v. Iberville Parish School Board

Supreme Court of Louisiana
Sep 4, 1979
374 So. 2d 650 (La. 1979)

Opinion

No. 65042.

September 4, 1979.

In re Lee Ethel Wilson, applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of Iberville, #12,641.

Denied.

DIXON, J., would grant the writ.

TATE and DENNIS, JJ., dissent. Would not disturb the trial court's factual determination that the teacher kicked the student and that his method of disciplining the student was not only unreasonable under the circumstances but also contrary to school board policy.
