Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This case was heard at the Court's April 11, 2022, Honolulu, Hawaii, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On August 9, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion for extension of time to file a stipulated decision document. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for extension of time is granted, and the time in which the parties shall file a stipulated decision document is now extended until September 8, 2022. If the parties are unable to file a stipulated decision document by the deadline, the Court is inclined to schedule a conference call with the parties at that time.
