ORDER

This case was set for trial at the Birmingham, Alabama, remote trial session on January 31, 2022.

On January 31, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. That proposed stipulated decision contained an error and was stricken from the record. The parties revised the Proposed Stipulated Decision and after receipt of that decision document, counsel noticed errors on that document. On February 16, 2022, respondent sent petitioner a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision, however, petitioner has not returned that revised decision document to date.

On February 25, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time, requesting therein additional time to file with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Accordingly, it is, ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time filed February 25, 2022, is granted in that the time within which the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision is extended to and including to March 16, 2022.
