Upon due consideration, and pursuant to a telephone conference with the parties on January 11, 2022, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for pretrial conference, filed December 16, 2021, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the due date for petitioners to file any objection or other response to respondent's December 8, 2021 motion for partial summary judgment is extended to February 11, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2022, the parties shall, jointly or separately, file a status report with the Court as to the then-present status of the case.
