We affirm both orders on appeal without prejudice for appellant to petition the Family Division of the Circuit Court to set aside the final judgment of dissolution of marriage pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540. See Mendez-Perez v. Perez-Perez, 632 So.2d 1047 (Fla. 3d DCA 1994), decision approved by 656 So.2d 458 (Fla. 1995). See also Beidler v. Beidler, 43 So.2d 329 (Fla. 1949).

Affirmed.
