PER CURIAM.

Appellant filed a notice of appeal with the trial court on June 23, 2003. By letter dated June 30, 20003, this Court directed appellant to file an amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to file an amended notice of appeal would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not filed an amended notice of appeal. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
