Colleen M. McClure, counsel for appellants Robert Thomas and James Allen, has filed a motion to withdraw, requesting that she be allowed to withdraw from representing Thomas and Allen in this appeal. Because the motion fails to comply with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.5(a)(1) and (a)(4), it is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(a)(1), (4). Nothing in this order prevents the filing of a motion to withdraw that complies with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.
