ORDER DISMISSING ACTION WITH PREJUDICE


On March 24, 2004, the Court dismissed the complaint in the above-entitled action, with leave to amend, for failure to comply with Rule 8 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court ordered plaintiff Murray Thomas (Thomas") to file an amended complaint no later than April 16, 2004, setting forth clearly what each defendant allegedly did to cause him injury, and what relief he seeks from the Court to redress that alleged injury. To date, Thomas has failed to amend his complaint.

Accordingly, the above-entitled action is hereby DISMISSED, with prejudice, for failure to comply with the requirements of Rule 8 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

The Clerk shall terminate all pending motions and dose the file.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
