The petition for a writ of habeas corpus is hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Dade County, Florida (Case No. 90-13541-B, 90-15335-A, 10-17794-A), for consideration as a motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to either Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 or 3.800(a).
